How to add “Zip” files to Windows Media Player?
I Tried adding my karaoke zip files “music” to windows media player and when the search was over, they did not add them or even find them i don’t think? I added the proper folders to be searched, for example i know for a fact i have about 100,000 music files unzipped and zipped, it found my mp3 files and it said 22,000 files were added, when i know i have 100,000 counting zip files. How can i add a whole zipped folder? it’s already added to the search folders and still won’t work? I have windows media player 11 on windows xp home edition.
You need to unzip them first and add what is inside. WMP can’t read zip files.
