How do I monitor usb microphone input in Vista?
I have a usb microphone. I can record with it just fine, if I open a recording program and press record, speak, then play back, I do hear what I spoke. However, I can not monitor the input through the speaker. What I really want to do is set it up for Karaoke, so I can have a song playing in the background and have someone sing over the microphone. I don’t care how this is done, I just want it done. If there is a way to have like Windows Media Player or Winamp or any other program have the microphone input go through to the speaker then that would work, I could just use a second program to play the songs.
