Recommendations for Karaoke places w/ up-to-date English songs? MUST be in Richmond or downtown Vancouver?

Please also indicate if they 1) serve alcohol, 2) have separate party rooms and 3) have up-to-date Chinese songs (these are not requirements, I’m just curious). Thanks in advance!

They do have private rooms – you just need a certain number of people and they serve alcohol. Not sure about up-to-date chinese songs though.
