My friends love karaoke…and I don’t?
My friends have been wanting to go to this karaoke place alot lately, I have gone upon stage and sang before, but really don’t like to, I love watching everyone else though. The problem is my friends all do it and they are really pressuring me lately to go up there, the other night they all got really mad about it and wouldn’t stop ganging up on me, saying stuff like, “just sit there and look pretty, that’s what you’re good at” and pointing at the other girls saying stuff like “you, you, and you are cool” and not including me in the “cool” ones. It’s really childish and I get all stressed out now when we go out. What should I tell them?
tell them that they are being really immature and that if u dont want to go up there, then you’re NOT going to go up there. if they keep bugging u about it, dont go with them, because you’ll just come back feeling like an outsider
a similar situation happened to me but i found out they werent my real friends and made some better ones.
