Im good at singing, but how can i show this?
I’m eleven years old (i know i’m to young for this site, but smarter than i should be for my age).
Im good at singing, and no- one knows it but me. I’m not screechy and ive been told my voice is pretty from many people i know, ever since i was able to talk fluently, but theres a problem, i’m to too shy to tell anyone that i’m good at singing, when ever i want to tell them i get freaked, but i am good. Does anyone have an eas way i can show it?
Ive had some ideas but im to nervouse to do anything alone…
-School talent show
-Joining a singing group.
-On my next birthday party, play karaoke.
Please don’t comment on my age, and don’t tell me i shouldn’t be shy, i know i shouldn’t be, but cant help it! All i want to know if you have some good ideas!

Im 16 years old and ive been singing since i was 11 yrs old.
You´ve had a better start to a singing career then what i had. I couldnt sing at all and now…. 5yrs on im singing all whitney houston, leona lewis, celine dion etc. I know you said not to tell you not to be shy but you really shouldnt be. I first got up on stage at 13yrs old and sung to over 200 people and won a talent competition. Im somebody thats wants to go and audition for the x factor….so i work hard at it. You´re to young to worry about it, honestly. Just keep practising and practising and you never know you might be able to sing like me =). You dont need to get your voice heard just yet and you´ll find that your voice hasnt developed yet. You´re 11yrs old and give it about another 5/6 years your singing voice will break. Whatever you do….when that happens dont panic cos i did….i coudlnt sing for about a month and then suddenly when i did try singing again…..WOW! my voice was really strong and i now have full control of it.
