How much is it to hire a Karaoke Machine?

It’s my 30th birthday in 6 months time and I obviously want to mark it with something special so was thinking about having a party at home (or more specifically, my parents as I live in a one-bed flat).
I have been thinking about it already (yes I know! 6 months yet but I like to be organised!) and I was wondering if anyone knew how much it costs roughly to hire a Karaoke Machine for the night? I live SE London/Kent borders. Nothing as excessive as you get in pubs or anything of course!

I knew some Karaoke operators who operated weekly in bars (pubs), who told me they would hire out for as little as US$100 for 1 hour (plus gratuity “tips”). This was several years ago — the price is probably higher now. Perhaps it is double (as a guess), in which case the price would be closer to £100 per hour.
This is just a rough estimate based on old information — you should contact DJs and Karaoke, in your local yellow pages telephone book.
