If it is how do I ask permission from the artist… ?I dont think I know how to contact her…. She’s a japanese and I am so far from Japan – I dont even know how to speak japanese….. please help… thanks
It’s illegal, copyright infringement. Many Japanese videos on YouTube are being deleted because of it, unauthorized usage of video itself and music. So if you don’t have permission to use it it’s illegal.
But practically there’s no trouble for you unless your video is beyond copyright owner’s endurance, someone reporting your video or use it as business – all of them very unlikely to happen especially when you’re not in Japan and that’s why there’s so many illegal videos in the internet. In addition everybody’s more tolerant (or do not care of its legal matter) to creative usage like yours than simply uploading original copyrighted video of drama/movie/anime or song.
