Karaoke Jobs Abroad
I am in a long term relationship and have decided i want to work abroad 6 months… Am I selfish?
I’ve been with my fella for 10 months. I went on holiday to Turkey and have been offered a job as a karaoke host for the holiday season next year. Originally they wanted me to stay out there but I decided to come home as I have a job here and my fella.
He knows I’ve always wanted to travel. Yet he thinks I am being selfish, even though I have explained to him its 6months out of a whole lifetime. He cant come because he has his job here to think about. Whereas my job will let me take a career break.
I have no children and am in my mid twenties. I’ve got all the time in the world to settle….am i really being selfish???
Honey, its your life. If you want to do something, that you’ve always wanted to do, then do it. you might not get the chance again. he”ll obviously miss you like mad but this is something you need to do for yourself. if he loves you, he wont mind waiting for you
