Karaoke Dj Software For Mac

Where do you buy software that the pro karaoke dj’s use? Are there any for Mac?
Half the Karaoke people I know still use CD’s, but I don’t know the software that is used by those that do use that method. A google search will reveal probably a couple commercial programs.
In any case, there is a free open source Karaoke software that may be useful for hosting
