Have a christmas party with Santa any ideas?

We are having a company christmas party. In the past years we have had choirs, dj’s, bands and karaoke. This year we are not gonna have any music of any kind (tired of it) but instead we will have santa. We are looking for unique ideas to do involving Santa. I have in mind already to have santa spread christmas cheer during dinner by visiting tables and a photo session. We have hired a santa for 1 hour and need more non-music related ideas to fill-up the hour. Any ideas anyone?
