18th birthday heeelllppp?!?

i’m turning 18 at the end of february 2010 and i need themes, venues, and food/beverage ideas that are inexpensive. i want to invite 50-100 people and i live in the south bay (beach cities of los angeles, ca). i want to find a dj or do karaoke in a mardi gras or fiesta themed party but i still need help. maybe outside idk, just not at my house or in my yard.

maybe you could have it at the beach?
i’m not sure…
sorry, i can plan a brutal partyy, but i don’t know where you could get a DJ or anything about the beach, cuz i’m from tennessee lol.
