How is the karaoke place Duet 35 in NYC?

I wanted to go to Duet 35 located in NYC for a birthday party but I was wondering if that place was any good. I’ve heard that its one of the best and then I’ve heard that it sucks.
How’s the song selection? How’s the cost? Is it worth it to buy the unlimited karaoke deal? Do the staff try to jip the customers off? What was your experience like with it?

Been there a couple of times – I’m not exactly a karaoke veteran, so I have very little to compare it to, but with that said, I thought it was good, had fun there, cost was pretty reasonable.
